This plate is the first in my ‘Rebirth’ series where I am attempting to depict energy and movement. Some see this as an explosion. Perhaps it is an atom. Or maybe a seed pod scattering seeds. Could it be a popcorn kernel bursting? It is whatever your personal experience tells you it is!

Glass is sturdy and slightly indented in the center with rounded corners. I just love the depth of color and contrast between the blue and orange.
